Beau Monde Bakery makes a wide variety of 100% gluten and preservative free bakery items daily.  We pride ourselves in using the finest ingredients and make all of our products by hand, in small batches, in order to maintain their integrity.

Beau Monde Bakery uses a proprietary blend of white rice flours which makes our products have an unmatched taste and texture.  We strive to use the finest ingredients which include Callebaut Belgian chocolate and Nielsen-Massey vanilla.  All of our butter-cream is made by hand, using fresh cream and old world techniques.  We even produce our own caramel, when necessary, for our recipes.

In order to make the best items possible, you need to do them with pride, patience and dedication.  We strive to be the best at our craft and continually try to improve and add new products to our line of baked goods.

Beau Monde Bakery specializes in gluten free products only. If you have other food allergies, please ask about our ingredients in order to understand which baked goods are right for your diet. Nuts (almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, peanuts, etc) are used in our facility. Some of our vendors products may have come into contact with nuts, eggs, peanuts, dairy, soy, etc. Although Beau Monde Bakery tries to accommodate other allergens, with some dairy free, egg free and soy free baked goods, we are unable to accommodate every allergy. It is therefore the consumers responsibility to check all ingredients in order to ensure safety of all products before consumed.
